We make absolutely everything ourselves by hand, using traditional methods with very little machinery. We are passionate about this aspect of our business. However this takes a lot of time and care, we are not prepared to compromise the quality of our food for speed, which is why we are not able to take orders and do same day delivery.

Deliveries are on Tuesday evenings (order cut off at 9am Mondays), Saturday mornings (order cut off at 9am Thursdays) and Sunday mornings (order cut off at 9am on Fridays).
