Charlotte Cake is a classic European recipe that comes from the eighteenth century. The cake is encased in housemade lady fingers, smooth Bavarian cream with raspberry coulis and fresh berries. Sprinkled and decorated with nuts. Our cakes are entirely homemade from scratch.
