Based on a traditional Turkish dish named Kuru Fasulye. Kuru fasulye is a stewed bean dish in Turkish cuisine. It is made primarily with white beans, olive oil, onion and tomato paste or tomato sauce are almost invariably used. It is often considered the national dish of Turkey.
While this dish is often served with rice, we have decided to bring our French touch to it and simply serve it the way we would eat it in France: with bread.
